Add-on prices are lower than standalone prices. A drone add-on to a photo package costs less than a separate drone booking, because the photographer is already on site.

What changes the price
Property size. Most photographers set the price by square footage or by photo count. A large home needs more photos and more time on site.
Add-on services. Drone shots, twilight photos, video, and 3D tours each add to the base package.
Turnaround. Standard delivery takes 24-48 hours. Same-day delivery often adds a rush fee.
Local market. Prices follow local home values and photographer supply. In California, the typical package costs $250. In Arizona, the typical package costs $150. The pricing guide lists every state with enough data.
Is the price worth it?
Industry studies found that listings with professional photos can sell up to 32% faster, and for $3,000 to $11,000 more. Compare that to the package price. On a $400,000 sale, a 3% commission is $12,000. A $200 photo package is less than 2% of that commission.
