Managing Jobs
Your dashboard gives you a clear overview of all your jobs — past, present, and upcoming.
Job Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Booking request sent, waiting for photographer response |
| Confirmed | Photographer accepted, shoot is scheduled |
| In Progress | Shoot is happening or media is being edited |
| Delivered | Photos/media have been uploaded and shared |
| Completed | Job is finished and payment is settled |
Managing Your Jobs
From your dashboard, you can:
- View job details — See property info, scheduled date, and services
- Message the photographer — Communicate directly about the job
- Track delivery — See when media has been uploaded
- View invoices — Access invoices related to the job
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booking:
- Go to the job in your dashboard
- Click Cancel Job
- Provide a reason for cancellation
Please cancel as early as possible to respect the photographer's schedule.
