Uploading Photos

Once a shoot is complete, deliver media to your client through PropPhoto's upload system.

How to Upload

  1. Go to the job in your dashboard
  2. Click Deliver Media
  3. Drag and drop your files or click to browse
  4. Add descriptions or organize into categories (optional)
  5. Click Submit Delivery

Supported File Types

  • Photos — JPG, PNG, WebP, TIFF
  • Videos — MP4, MOV
  • Other — ZIP files for bulk delivery

Upload Tips

  • Edit before uploading — Deliver your final, edited photos
  • Use high resolution — Clients expect full-resolution images
  • Organize your files — Name files clearly (e.g., living-room-01.jpg, exterior-front.jpg)
  • Batch upload — You can upload multiple files at once

File Size Limits

PropPhoto supports large file uploads. If you're uploading many high-resolution images, consider uploading in batches for the best experience.
