Tracking Payments
Keep tabs on all your invoices and payments from your PropPhoto dashboard.
Invoice Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Invoice created but not yet sent |
| Sent | Invoice link has been shared with the client |
| Viewed | Client has opened the invoice |
| Paid | Payment has been received |
| Overdue | Past the due date and not yet paid |
Payment Dashboard
Your invoicing dashboard shows:
- Total outstanding — Sum of unpaid invoices
- Total received — Sum of all payments received
- Recent activity — Latest invoice and payment updates
Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Funds are deposited to your connected Stripe account
- Processing times depend on your Stripe payout schedule
Tips
- Follow up on viewed but unpaid invoices after the due date
- Keep records — Download PDFs for your bookkeeping
- Connect Stripe — Make sure your Stripe account is set up in your dashboard settings
