Ready to book a photographer? Here's how to send a booking request.
How to Request
- Find a photographer using the search directory
- Visit their profile page
- Click Request Booking or Book This Package on a specific package
- Fill in the booking details:
- Property address — Where the shoot will take place
- Preferred date and time — When you'd like the shoot
- Services needed — Select from the photographer's available services
- Special instructions — Any additional notes or requirements
- Submit your request
What Happens Next
- The photographer receives a notification about your request
- They'll review the details and either accept, suggest changes, or decline
- You'll be notified of their response via email
- Once accepted, the job appears on both your dashboards

- Book in advance — Popular photographers fill up quickly, especially on weekends
- Be specific — Include property details and any access instructions
- Communicate — Use PropPhoto's messaging to discuss details with the photographer
