Sharing Delivery Links

Every media delivery on PropPhoto generates a unique, secure link that can be shared with clients and their teams.

When you submit a delivery, PropPhoto generates a shareable link. This link provides:

  • Photo gallery — A beautiful gallery view of all delivered images
  • Download options — Download individual photos or all files at once
  • AI descriptions — Automatically generated descriptions for each photo

The delivery link can be shared in several ways:

  • Email notification — The client is automatically notified via email
  • Copy link — Copy the link from your dashboard and share it manually
  • Direct link — Share the URL with anyone who needs access
  • Delivery links use unique, unguessable URLs
  • Only people with the link can access the media
  • Links remain active as long as the delivery exists

  • Share links with the listing team, staging company, or anyone who needs the photos
